Q. Do you do Scuba Diving?
A. We are affiliated to DiveJam who conducts all training, scuba dives and trips.

Q. Where can I buy equipment online or on this site?
A. The site is not setup as an online shop. Please contact us to arrange a purchase.

Q. Do you post or courier interstate and/or overseas?
A. We use a reputable courier service to deliver purchased goods to anywhere is Australia. Overseas purchases can be done but at a greater expense.

Q. I can't see or find what I'm looking for online?
A. We have an extensive range of products some of which are online. Please contact us for further information.

Q. I would like to buy a scuba package but the packages you have don't quite suit my needs.
A. We pride ourselves in providing the right package. We are happy to change a package to suit your requirements.

Q. Where exactly is Aqua Sports & Dive?
A. We are part of the Sporty's Warehouse group situated in the centre of the Gold Coast. Please refer to the Contact Us page for further details.

Q. How do I get to you if I don't have a car?
A. Sporty's Warehouse offers a FREE courtesy bus service which runs between Pacific Fair and northern Surfers Paradise. Regent Taxis can provide a means if you live further out than those areas.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. As stated in the Retail Law, we only refund if the goods are faulty. A poor choice in selection or a change of mind DOES NOT qualify for a refund but we do offer a credit note in exchange.
