What are my Freight Costs?
Orders over $600 are FREE FREIGHT nation-wide.
All parcels under 1m in length is $10 nation wide.
All parcels over 1m in length to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA is $15.
All parcels over 1m in length to TAS, WA & NT is $35
I would like to buy a scuba package but the packages you have don't quite suit my needs.
We provide our packages based on what majority of people are chasing at the time. If you cannot see what you are after in our exisitng packages, dont worry we are happy to change a package to suit your requirements or simply design one that is right for you.
Where can I buy your products?
You can purchase through our online store or if you would prefer to speak to one of our friendly staff you can phone either our Goldcoast Store on 07 55382799 or Townsville on 07 47751873.
How do I order a product if I am in another state?
We can send you item to you.
We use Australia Post and a Courier service. Our staff will communicate with each customer and discuss the cheapest or fastest options to suit.
I cannot see what I am looking for online.
We are a very large watersports store and have a huge range of products, some of which cannot always be put online in our store. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact our friendly staff and if cannot assist we may have heard of it and can recommend somewhere for you to try.
Do you run SCUBA Diving Courses or Dive Trips?
We do not teach SCUBA Diving courses. Please feel free to give call to discuss your diving equipment needs or for advice in the diving industry.
We do arrange trips away throughout the year. Just give us a call to go on our email list for any future trips we organize.

The GoldCoast store is open 7 days
Mon-Sat 8:30 to 5:30
Late Trading till 9pm Thursday
Sun - 9:30 to 4:30
The Townsville Store is open 5 1/2 days
Mon - Fri - 8:30 to 5:00
Sat 9:00 to 1:00

How can I find your GoldCoast store if I dont have a car?
Sporty's Warehouse offers a FREE courtesy bus service which operates betweek Pacific Fair and Northern Surfers Paradise. Please call 07 5531 6511 to ask which stop is closest to you.
If you are further away from the store, then the local Taxi service will know exactly where you need to be.
What is your Refund Policy?
As stated in the Retail Law, we only offer a refund if the goods are deemed faulty. This may be by us or may need to be by the manufacturer.
A poor choice in selection or a change of mind DOES NOT qualify for a refund. If you are unable to find a suitable exchange at the time a credit note can be issued for a later date.
How do I know what size Wetsuit I might be?
Some suits run as per T'Shirt sizes for example Smll, Med, Lge etc.
The simpliest way is to just use your shirt size as a guide.
You can always find the manufacturing website and use their size charts where applicable.
Our staff are very good with working out sizes however we dont always get a chance to view our clients over the phone so try to gather as much detail as possible (pant size, weight, height etc)prior to the phone call to avoid any delays in size choice.
How do I know what Fin Size I might be?
Use your exisiting shoe size as a guide when inquiring. It will certainly help our the staff by giving as much information as possible for example are you a long thin foot? or are you a wide foot?
Is there anyway to make buying Diving or Spearfishing gear more affordable?

When you own your own Scuba equipment, you will become more familiar with the positioning and the working of that gear. You can adjust straps, Occy, Reg and Computer positioning etc. You can customise your equipment comfortably to suit your personal needs, thus making it a more enjoyable experience.
Owning your own gear also means you have control over the condition that it is kept in which can also be a safety issue for some people.
